For perfect cooking the gnocchi:
- Boil in a couple of hours of preparation, otherwise they become soft.
- Plunge into a pan of slightly salted water and boil just a mixed dates.
- Drain with a slotted spoon as they rise to the surface, let them drain well and, if possible, distribute them already in individual dishes.
