Anti anxiety spicy salad

Ingredients for 2 persons:

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 2 fresh chillies
  • 1 tablespoon of juice limon2 slices of rye bread
  • black pepper



Peel and slice the bananas and sprinkle with lemon juice, and add the cucumber, washed, peeled and cut into slices, add the washed and chopped red pepper, mix together and serve in two serving plates accompanied with a slice of rye bread . Sprinkle with black pepper and serve.
