Infusion of birch

Ingredients:

  • 1 l of water
  • 25 g of birch leaves

 

Preparazione:

Bring to a boil a liter of water, pour 25 grams of birch leaves, turn off the heat, let cool, strain and drink 3 cups a day for 20 days.

The consumption of tea for 20 days will also release toxins and excess cholesterol, since this plant is very useful for our body because it has a diuretic, depurative and draining.
