Milkshake of yogurt, sprouts and ginger

Ingredients for 2 persons:

  • 250 g of natural yoghurt
  • 2 inches ginger root
  • 4 tablespoons of bean sprouts

 

Preparazione:

Clean the ginger, chop it and add it in the blender with all other ingredients. Evaluate the consistency and, if necessary, add ½ cup of water, operate the blender until the mixture is homogeneous.

This should take 1 drink per day for a month, is a source of enzymes that regularize the bowel and promote the reduction of abdominal fat, with a clear conclusion that will help to thin your waistline and win constipation.
