Ingredients for 2 persons:
- 2 cups of natural yogurt
- 2 baskets of mixed berries
- a spoonful of oatmeal 2 teaspoons maple syrup
Put all ingredients in a bowl, stir gently and break down the amount in two cups decorated with berries.
