Ice Cream Cookie

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 4 pots of natural yogurt
  • 8 biscuits
  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • 100 grams of sugar zephyr
  • 50 grams of dark chocolate



Crumble the biscuits into a bowl with honey and a Goccino of water, roll out the dough on a pastry board, the rectangles formed by 8 cm by 4 cm, and put in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Whisk the yogurt with sugar and grated chocolate. Pour the mixture over biscuits soaked, cover them with other biscuits and place them in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
