Soy yogurt and ice cream

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 300 g of soya cream
  • 150 grams of sugar zephyr
  • 400 grams of yogurt



Fitted with the whisk planetary or 300 grams of soya cream, slowly adding 150 grams of sugar zephyr, and when the cream and ‘almost completely assembled, add 400 grams of fat natural yoghurt, pour the mixture into ice cream using the “creamy “Drive for 30 minutes. When finished put it in the refrigerator.

You’ll get a tasty diet at the same time.

If you use vanilla yogurt will not have to put sugar completely.
