Vegetarian centrifuged

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 4 carrots
  • 2 red peppers
  • 1 fennel
  • 1 lemon juice
  • salt
  • black pepper


Clean the vegetables, scrape the carrots and sprouted, remove the seeds and the white part of the peppers, fennel private part of the outer, cut it into julienne strips and dip in a bowl with ice water.

Put the vegetables in a centrifuge and cut the juice, add lemon juice and stir, pour into 4 glasses centrifuged, combined with some cubes of ice, decorated with a julienne of fennel and a sprinkling of pepper.
