Burger Manu

Ingredients for 4 sandwiches:

  • 4 hamburger buns with sesame seeds
  • 250 grams of minced meat
  • 120 grams of red pepper
  • 2 avocados
  • 120gr
  • 80 g of corn kernels drained
  • 2 large leaves of lettuce
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 slices of cheese toast
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt
  • chilli
  • parsley

Preparation:

Heat a pan with 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, onion finely chopped tuffateci up to brown it, then add the pepper previously washed, cleaned, cut into cubes, salt and cook for 10 minutes at this point stir in the corn , set aside for 4 minutes in hot and pour into a bowl where it will join the chopped meat, eggs and a pinch of salt, mix well and keep the mixture in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

Mash the pulp of the avocado with a fork, add the pepper, salt slightly, then beat vigorously with a whisk until a puree to pour into a bowl and keep refrigerated.

Meanwhile modeled with 4 burgers and cook the mixture previously prepared in a pan with a drizzle of hot oil 5 minutes per side until brown them

Bake at 200 degrees for 4 minutes sandwiches cut in half and each half have been placed on a slice of cheese, once baked fill them with leaves of lettuce, the burger.

Serve the burgers into 4 individual plates with the mashed avocado on the side removed from the refrigerator.

Raised to taste the top of the sandwich and stuff with this delicious green sauce.

Garnish with a sprig of parsley.

The result will be a healthy and tasty burgers!!
