Ingredients for 4 people.
- 3 jars of strawberry yogurt
- 15 g of gelatin
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 100 grams of blueberries
- 100 g of blackberries
- 100 grams of raspberries
- 1 lemon
Preparazione:
Put in a bowl to soften the gelatin in cold water, squeeze and let it melt over low heat in a saucepan with 4 tablespoons of water. Put the yogurt in a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of sugar and mix well, add the gelatin and stir again, pour the mixture into 4 individual bowls and place in refrigerator for about 2 hours. Just before serving, dip them briefly in boiling water, then turn it on and finish them off dessert plates with berries that you have previously washed, drained and seasoned with lemon juice and a tablespoon of sugar.
