Glaze of balsamic vinegar


  • ½ liter of balsamic vinegar
  • 200 grams of sugar



Pour the vinegar in a saucepan on the stove with sugar and cook over medium heat for about 30 minutes to realize that your reduction of vinegar is ready dip a spoon and you will see that the mixture does not drip.

This is a great seal for your dishes, a few drops are enough, being highly concentrated.
