Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of basil
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 anchovy fillet
Preparazione:
Wash the basil leaves, dry them and put them in a blender with the olive oil and 1 anchovy fillet, blend until a smooth paste.
You can use this sauce to add flavor to salads or as a flavoring for baked fish.
