Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon lime
- 1 teaspoon of lemon balm
- 1 cup of boiling water
Preparazione:
Put 2 teaspoons of herb in a cup of boiling water to steep for 10 minutes, strain and drink 4 cups a day.
This tea is excellent for stress, anxiety, emotional eating and mood.
