Ingredients for 2 persons:
- 2 soy steaks
- 2 tomatoes, beef heart
- 6 tablespoons of corn flour
- 1 egg
- 4 basil leaves
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- pepper to taste
Preparazione:
Prepared in a bowl corn flour, a pinch of salt and one of black pepper, lightly beat with a bruised flesh soy steaks, mash the egg previously beaten egg, then in flour, egg and hence again in flour . Put them to cook in a nonstick pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, making them brown 3 minutes on each side. Serve at the table covered with a diced tomatoes seasoned with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and basil leaves.
This dish is rich in vegetable protein, B group vitamins and calcium, valuable to the bones, hair, nails and teeth.
