Ingredients for 4 people:
- 2 pears Abbot
- ½ kg of sugar
- ½ l of water
- 1 hg sugar zephyr
Preparazione:
Bring to a boil a large pot with water and sugar in the meantime, wash the pears, dry them, place them on a cutting board and cut into thin slices while the rind, when the mixture of sugar and water begins to boil, lower the heat and dip the slices of pear in water for about 30 seconds and place them on a plate dusted with sugar Zephyr; completed this sprinkle of sugar further Zephyr; Cover the plate with a kitchen towel and let rest at least one day at room temperature. The end result will be delicious candied pears with which you can accompany a tea, coffee or a digestif.
