Ingredients for 1 person:
- ½ slice of orange
- ½ sugar cube
- 1 icing
- 2 drops of angostura bitters
- 1 cl of cognac
- 10 cl Champagne Brut
Preparazione:
To prepare ahead of time you have to freeze the flute in frezeer then prepared by placing the mixture into the glass half orange slice on which poserete half-scented sugar cube with two drops of Angostura. Then pour in the Cognac, Champagne Brut, then very cold. Garnish with a cherry.
This drink was created in the Cote d’Azur in the twenties of the twentieth century. Surrounded by myth and international nobility who distinguished carefree lifestyle, the reception received, acquired an international reputation.
