Ingredients for 4 people:
- 1.2 kg of melon
- 1 piece of fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon chopped basil
- 8 drops of Tabasco
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- a pinch of salt
- 12 cherry tomatoes for garnish
Preparazione:
Remove the rind with melon, remove seeds and cut into pieces and recombine them in a blender; peeled ginger, grate the pulp and place in blender co tabasco, extra virgin olive oil and salt. Whisk the ingredients until a smooth drink. Transfer the mixture into 4 glasses and serve garnished with basil and after the chopped parsley and cherry tomatoes on skewers.
It is a great supplement of vitamins and minerals after a long exposure to the sun.
