Ingredients for 4 people:
- 4 eggs
- 2 jars of yogurt naturally compact
- 8 radishes
- 1 bunch of parsley
- salad
- 1 pinch of salt
- a sprinkling of black pepper
- 4 chives
Preparazione:
Cook eggs in boiling water for 8 minutes, then pass them under cold water and shell them, cut them in half and arrange on a serving platter lined with lettuce, washed in the meantime, check and grated radishes, put them in a bowl with yogurt, chopped parsley, salt and pepper, mix well and put this mixture on the eggs. Garnish with chives.
This dish provides quality protein of eggs and yogurt, which strengthen the immune system, nourish the muscles and fill them also contains milk enzymes that regenerate the intestinal flora by regulating the intestines, radishes contained in the food activates the metabolism.
