Ingredients for 4 people:
- 6 eggs
- 1 jar of thick yogurt
- 1 handful of toasted pine nuts
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- 1 tablespoon chopped mint
- 1 handful of chopped capers
- salt
- black pepper
Preparazione:
Beat eggs in a bowl, combine the drained yogurt from its natural liquid, pine nuts, toasted, chopped capers, chives, mint, salt and a sprinkling of black pepper, stir well and pour into a non-stick baking pan and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Thanks to the protein of yogurt and eggs, this frittata is useful to tone muscle mass and promote weight loss in the same time.
