Ingredients for 4 people:
- 1 rabbit
- 2 lemons
- 2 hearts of fennel
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 glass of white wine
- 6 black peppercorns
- 6 grains of juniper berries
- 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preparazione:
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, cut the rabbit into pieces and privatelo head, wash and slice the fennel into quarters, wash and cut the lemon into wedges, heat a pan with extra virgin olive oil, brown the rabbit, trsferitelo then in an oven dish, add the pieces of fennel, the slices of lemon, the cloves of garlic, peppercorns and juniper berries, salt, stir, add the white wine and bake for 45 minutes.
