Ingredients for 2 persons:
- 1 prepared for seafood salad of 500 g
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 1 celery
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 lemon
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 lemon
- salt
- pepper
- laurel
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
Clean, wash and cut vegetables into small cubes and put them to cook for 10 minutes with the washed leaves of parsley and bay leaf, and add the mix of frozen and boil according to the instructions indicated on the package, drain when cooked, seasoned with extra virgin olive oil ‘olive oil, lemon juice, parsley and chopped garlic, salt and black pepper, mix well and serve warm.
This dish is a source of zinc defenses save a typical preparation of Italian cuisine in an economic, but without having to give up a source of proteins useful to enhance lean mass.
