Ingredients for 4 people:
- 500 g fresh cream
- 100 grams of sugar zephyr
- 1 glass of limoncino
- 2 lemons
- 100 grams of pavesini
- 100 g of almonds and toasted
- 100 gr of strawberries and blackberries
- 1 tablespoon of dark chocolate chips
Preparazione:
Together in a bowl the sugar, limoncino, the grated rind of 2 lemons and cream that you have previously installed, add the crumbled and mixed pavesini. Pour the mixture into 4 ramekins and place them in the freezer for a whole night. Wash the strawberries and raspberries. Just before serving the dessert, lying each on a serving dish, crushed almonds, decorated with strawberries and blackberries and chocolate chips.
