Serving spaghetti
To serve long pasta, like spaghetti or noodles, arranged in piles as cute as the restaurant, take a fork with the fork, posatene the tips in a spoon, turn quickly to form a kind of ball it and put it in the middle of the plate.
If you want to keep the food hot, while the pasta is cooking, keep the individual plates in the oven, heated to 80 degrees and then turned off.
When you take the dishes, remember to handle them with potholders!
