- 1 kg of squid
- 6 trumpets
- 4 potatoes
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Preparazione:
Clean the squid, cut them in half and made cuts along the edge, heat a nonstick pan, put the squid and cook for about 20 minutes on each side, season with salt and add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, blanched the potatoes and trumpets in boiling salted water, drain and cut the vegetables in a longitudinal direction and let them brown in the pan where you cooked the squid, prepared a dish, put the slices of potato in the center lily, made a circle on the trumpets and finish the dish with grilled squid.
