Ingredients for 4 people:
- 4 heads of Treviso
- 1 red onion
- 50 grams of raisins
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- extra virgin olive oil
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- salt
- black pepper
Preparazione:
Soak the raisins in warm water for 30 minutes, washed very well Treviso, drain and cut each into 4 wedges 4 heads.
Peel the onion, slice thinly and let it dry in a pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, vinegar and a pinch of salt.
Treviso joined the onion, rosemary and soaked raisins: stir well Treviso in the sauce, pour a ladle of warm water, add salt and pepper. Bake for 10-12 minutes with the lid and serve.
