Ingredients:
- 300 g Gorgonzola
- 50 g of cream long-life
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 ladle of vegetable broth
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparazione:
Lift the crust with gorgonzola and join it to all the other ingredients in a container high, blend the ingredients with mini – Pimero until mixture is smooth and homogeneous, put the sauce in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
