Ingredients for 4 people:
- 2 large pears
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ½ cup of water
- 80 grams of dark chocolate
Preparazione:
Peel the pears, slice them and arrange them in a pan, sprinkle with sugar, moisten with ½ cup water, cover with a lid and cook for 3 minutes. Meanwhile, chop the chocolate, divide it over the pears in the pan, turn off the heat, let stand covered for 30 seconds and serve.
