The appearance and taste of a cocktail is enhanced if the edges of the glasses are frosted.
You can use salt, coconut powder, grated chocolate, sugar or cocoa colored, depending on the drinks to be prepared.
Once glazed, the glass should be placed in the refrigerator to keep it frozen until ready to use (assuming you have time!)
procedure:
Take a glass, hold it upside down so that the juice is not going to end up in it, rub the rim of the glass with the cut surface of a lemon or a lime, orange or even a slice of fresh pineapple.
Keeping the glass upside down, dip the edge into a container where you put down a layer of sugar, coconut and salt, etc..
Repeat the process and make it spin in a way which covers well the whole board.
Bring up the glass and let stand until the sugar or salt on the rim are dry, then let it freeze.
You can rub the glass well with lemon, lime, orange etc.., With egg albumen.
