Preparation:
Take a ginger root, peel, cut into slices and soak in a pint of ‘Water for 15 minutes, now it all boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, strain and drink the decoction warm. And ‘good in the early stages of colds, flu and coughs. Sweetened with a teaspoon of honey.
