Ingredients for 4 people:
- 400 g chicken breast
- 2 g of agar agar
- 3 carrots
- 5 tablespoons of peas
- 2 tablespoons corn
- 1 tablespoon diced red pepper
- 1 tablespoon diced yellow bell pepper
- 1l of water
- 2 tablespoons dry white wine
- a pinch of salt
Bring to boil the water with white wine along with the diced peppers, corn and peas; joined the agar agar and boil for a few minutes, stirring. Pour the hot liquid with the vegetables in an aspic mold, add the chicken that you have previously boiled and cut into cubes and let cool to room temperature.
Now put the preparation in the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours, at the time to serve, dip mold in hot water and misshapen aspic on a platter and decorate as desired with some sprig of herb. You can also make use of individual doses of the cups.
This dish brings satiating fiber with agar agar, a thickener made from the Japanese seaweed, rich in fiber that regularize and large intestines and detoxifying properties satiating and they absorb less fat and sugar.
