Ingredients for 2 persons:
- 150 g fresh salmon
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 4 chives
Squeeze the lemon and put juice in a bowl with honey; filleted salmon in thin slices and place on a plate, pour the emulsion of lemon juice and honey and let stand in refrigerator for at least an hour.
