Salmon with honey save the heart

Ingredients for 2 persons:

  • 150 g fresh salmon
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 4 chives



Squeeze the lemon and put juice in a bowl with honey; filleted salmon in thin slices and place on a plate, pour the emulsion of lemon juice and honey and let stand in refrigerator for at least an hour.

When serving sprinkle with the trio of capers and chives previously washed and chopped with scissors from the kitchen.

This dish is very good because salmon contains Omega 3, helps to flush all the body and eliminate the bad cholesterol, also helped by lime to counteract the prodigious accumulation of LDL.
