Cream cream

Ingredients for 6 people

  • 1 l cream
  • 12 egg yolks
  • 300 grams of sugar
  • 1busta vanillin


Put the cream in a saucepan with 1 bag of vanilla and bring to boil. Mounted by the red and sugar, stirring with a whisk, mix the cream to cool you did that in the meantime, the egg yolks mounted.

Put the mixture on low heat, stirring with a wooden spoon, bring to a boil to thicken without. Then pour the mixture into a bowl, cool to stop the cooking.

Pour the cream into 6 bowls and let stand in refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

And ‘good served with strawberries or berries.

If you pour the cream into the ice cream you’ll get ice cream .
