Ingredients for 6 people
- 1 l cream
- 12 egg yolks
- 300 grams of sugar
- 1busta vanillin
Put the cream in a saucepan with 1 bag of vanilla and bring to boil. Mounted by the red and sugar, stirring with a whisk, mix the cream to cool you did that in the meantime, the egg yolks mounted.

If you pour the cream into the ice cream you’ll get ice cream .
