Strawberry mousse

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 200 grams of strawberries
  • 200 g of whipped cream
  • 2 egg whites
  • 50 grams of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons shelled pistachios
  • 4 strawberries for garnish



Wash the strawberries, the stalk and release it frullatele, add the puree to the cream, mix a tablespoon of chopped pistachios, sugar and egg whites. Spread the mixture into 4 individual bowls or a serving bowl and let stand in refrigerator for at least an hour. Just before serving, garnish with fresh strawberries preparation and a sprinkling of chopped pistachios.

If you prefer a more consistent foam, add the strawberry puree 5 g of gelatin, first soaked in water, drained and dissolved in a teaspoon of warm water with few drops of lemon juice.
