Yogurt and fruit sorbet

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 500 g of fruit (peach, melon, strawberries, etc …)
  • 250 g thick natural yoghurt

Preparazione:

Choose your favorite fruits, seeds or the skins of release it or even of the filaments, add the yogurt to the natural dense type, a drop of juice for the outstanding balance, then blend everything together and pour into molds for ice .

This snack is easy to create, but to great effect and much taste, a snack that provides vitamins and minerals, but also fiber and milk enzymes, a true miracle for your children.
