Ingredients for 4 people:
- 8oo grams of peeled figs
- 2 figs for garnish
- 750 fr ice cream vanilla
- 2 tablespoons of dark chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon of sweet chocolate powder
Keep aside for garnish 2 figs, peel and cut the rest into small pieces, put them in a blender with ice cream and chocolate powder, the unit operated until frothy and smooth. Pour the smoothie into 4 tall glasses, garnish with chocolate chips on the edge and put the figs in half kept separate.
