Ingredients for 4 people:
- 500 grams of turkey breast
- 250 ml cream
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
Cut the turkey breast into strips about 2cm x 20 1 cm thick, beat them lightly with meat mallet and wooden sticks on infilzatele “accordion”; cook in a pan dusted with salt for about 2 minutes per side.
Meanwhile in a saucepan with a whisk, mix the cream and the curry, stir, cook for a minute, add salt.
When the kebabs are cooked, sprinkle with the sauce and serve on a bed of salad.
