- 400 g cod
- 250 g of potatoes
- 2 potatoes to make baskets
- 10 cl of milk
- finely chopped parsley
- 1 clove of garlic to taste
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Preparazione:
Put to boil in a liter of water, 10cl of milk, a clove of garlic, peeled and peeled potatoes, washed and cut into four, and they are almost cooked, add the cod skinned and cut into large pieces, cook for about 5 minutes, drain everything, and lift up the garlic and crush it in a bowl with the mashed potatoes and shredded codfish, add the parsley, a pinch of salt, generous extra virgin olive oil and stir the whole with the whip.
You can serve it in the trash to dig potatoes.
