- 1 ripe avocado
- 8 shrimp
- juice of 1 orange
- salt
- extra virgin olive oil
- 4 kiwi slices to decorate
Preparazione:
Peel the avocado, cut into cubes, place in a bowl, sprinkle with orange juice, salt, season with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and stir in the meantime clean the shrimp, free them of the carapace, incideteli on the back, free them of the filament and boil. Prepare 4 individual plates with a bed of salad with avocado and shrimp on which adagerete decorerete with a slice of kiwi.
