Casserole of seafood

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 1kg of mussels
  • 400g of clams
  • 1 leek
  • 2 squid
  • 4 prawns Oneglia
  • salt
  • chilli
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 4 basil leaves
  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 8 slices of toasted bread



Clean the mussels and let them open in a saucepan with the lid. Clean the clams and proceed to open them in a saucepan with the lid. Meanwhile, sauté the leeks in a little olive oil, add the squid cleaned and cut into strips, blended with white wine, add the tomatoes into small pieces.

Now add the prawns that have taken away the rind and eject the filament white on the back, mussels and clams open earlier. Season with salt and sprinkle with pepper.

Prepare 4 bowls, divide equally the pan, putting the end of each of the 4 shrimp on each side and adding 2 slices of toast, sprinkle with chopped basil by hand.
