Lemons stuffed

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 4 large lemons, fresh and untreated
  • 1 handful of capers
  • 200 grams of tuna
  • 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • salt
  • black pepper

 

Preparation:

Remove the cap from the lemons a little bit lower so they can stand, now remove the top cap and empty the pulp with a teaspoon. Chop the capers, chopped tuna and mix it with mayonnaise, lemons filled with the crumble mixture over the eggs and you have made firm. Let stand in refrigerator at least an hour before serving.
