Red chicory anti erythema


The red radish contains beta carotene, anti-inflammatory substances and plant pigments, in particular antioxidants, anthocyanins, which function to absorb ultraviolet rays, preventing sunburn and helps to regenerate tissue.

Eat 100 grams of radish a day to prepare for a good sun exposure.
