Rosemary and mint herbal tea


  • 2 teaspoons of rosemary
  • 2 teaspoons of mint
  • 250 ml of water



Bring water to the boil, turn off the heat and add 2 teaspoons for each herb, cover the pan and let stand for 10 minutes and wear it during the day in small sips.

This herbal tea counteracts the bad cholesterol.
