- 400 grams of pasta like macaroni
- 125 grams of sweet bacon
- 1 onion
- 2 zucchini
- 250 g Philadelphia cream cheese type
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- pepper to taste
Peel the onion, chop finely and plunge into a hot pan with olive oil, in another non-stick pan you grease the bacon, throw away theexcess fat and recombine them into the pan with the brownedonions and sauté the previously washed it all together with zucchini, blunt and cut into cubes, cook for 3 minutes add the cheese and continue cooking for another 3 minutes, season withsalt and pepper to taste.
Meanwhile the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water and cookuntil al dente.
Drain, place in pan with the sauce, toss for one minute in order tothicken it and serve it piping hot.
