- 250 g chicken breasts
- 250 g of beef
- 2 onions
- 1 red bell pepper
- extra virgin olive oil
Beat the chicken breasts with meat mallet and the beef and cut into thin strips.
Peel and slice the onions, put them in a pan to fry for about 10 minutes, add the chicken strips, make them jump.
At this point add also the pepper, cut into thin strips, season with salt and finish cooking. Transfer everything into a griddle that you have previously heated in the flame alive. Serve the steak on the table, so that the fajtas remains hot. Accompany this dish with corn tortillas and guacamole.
