- 4 slices of turkey 400 gr
- 100 g of cooked ham
- 1 onion
- 1 mozzarella
- ½ cup white wine
- extra virgin olive oil
Peel the onion, cut it into thin slices and place in a pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and brown in the meantime take the slices of turkey, beat them with meat tenderizer and fill with ham and mozzarella slices, rolled the slices to form a roll and seal the pan with the onions. Saute the turkey rolls on both sides, shaded with white wine and cook for 10 minutes.
Remove the rolls from the heat, place them on a cutting board and cut into slices not too thin.
Prepare 4 serving plates and serve accompanying them on a garden of vegetables of your choice, I in this case I have accompanied with sautéed carrots.
