Potatoes with garlic flowers

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 1 kg of floury potatoes with yellow flesh
  • 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • flowers fresh garlic
  • salt
  • black pepper


Peel, wash, cut the potatoes into chunks of approximately 6 cm and steam cook. Meanwhile, prepare a bowl with the olive oil and garlic and crushed Central liberated soul.

When the potatoes are cooked, pour into the bowl, stir, season with salt and pepper and finally add the fresh flowers of garlic.

Serve the potatoes in 4 cups dividing them, you can accompany them to a good steak on the grill.
