Ingredients for 4 people:
- 600 grams of mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- black pepper
Cut the base of the earthy mushrooms and scrape the stems with a boxcutter, well removed all traces of soil, stems and rub your hair with a damp cloth, cut the mushrooms into thick lengthwise slices about ½ cm.
Heat 3 tablespoons oil in a large skillet, add mushrooms and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently and gently, sprinkle with salt and black pepper and parsley for a moment before serving.
