- 8 slices of bread
- 2 eggs
- 2 mozzarella
- 1 pinch of salt
- salad
Preparation:
Cut dough with a cup round the slices of bread, so as to remove the crust, break the eggs into a bowl with a pinch of salt and whip with a fork. Then dip the first 4 slices of bread in the egg and place them in a pan lined with parchment paper, cut the mozzarella with pasta bowl previously used and place them on the bread slices, making sure you do not come from the edges, put the last remaining slices of bread in the egg and cover.
Bake at 220 degrees for about 5/6 minutes. Serve slices on a plate divided in half on a bed of salad.
