Ingredients for 4 people:
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 250 grams of canned tuna
- 250 grams of cottage cheese
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 100 grams of flowers of the caper
- black pepper
Empty the tomatoes with a dig, salt lightly and let them drain upside down for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, puree the drained tuna and embed them in a bowl with the ricotta cheese, sprinkled with black pepper, salt and stir.
Take the tomatoes, remove them with a slice of the lower cover so they can then stand up, fill with the mixture you have prepared and place them on a serving dish that you have lined with lettuce leaves. Decorated with flowers of the caper.
