Ingredients for 2 persons:
- 160 g Carnaroli rice
- 1 shallot
- 1 sachet of saffron
- 750 ml of green tea
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 bunch of parsley
Peel the shallots, chop finely and let it dry in a pan with extra virgin olive oil, add the rice and toast for 2 minutes, stirring. United a ladle of green tea, which you have previously prepared in infusion bags with 4, and cook stirring until you add the cooked rice with salt. Two minutes before the end of cooking rice, add the saffron diluted in a tablespoon of you. Divide rice into 2 serving plates and sprinkle with chopped parsley and pepper.
This recipe is a variation of the recipe for rice Milanese style, using green tea instead of the classic soup, not creamed with butter, to get a dish that cleans the liver and arteries.
